Eva Lin (I Wen)

Eva (I Wen) Lin has over 20 years of experience in engineering and project management. Since January 2011, Eva has served as the Sr. Risk Assessment Team Leader at SHL Medical, focusing on creating and maintaining process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (P-FMEAs) and collaborating with Quality Engineering to enhance assembly and product quality during machine design reviews. Previously, from June 2006 to October 2010, Eva held the role of Commissioning Engineer/Technical Project Manager at SHL Medical, managing the development timeline and coordinating team efforts to ensure timely machine delivery. Prior experience includes serving as a Software Systems Test Engineer at Au Optronics Inc from May 2003 to February 2006, where Eva initiated User Requirement Specifications (URS) and conducted software testing and validation. Eva earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Chung Yuan Christian University, specializing in Management Information.
