Bob Friedland

Bob Friedland is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the commercial real estate and automotive financing sectors. As Chairman of Westrock Development since 2001, Bob oversees a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate across New York and New Jersey. In addition, Bob serves as Chairman of Sensible Auto Lending, which specializes in financing for sub-prime automobile borrowers, and as Chairman of the Board for Shleppers Moving & Storage, a major player in the New York Metropolitan moving and storage industry. Bob holds the position of Managing Partner at KIA of Old Saybrook, providing advisory and investment support. As Chairman of NAI Friedland Realty Inc., Bob leads the largest privately held commercial real estate firm in the Bronx and Westchester County. Bob's background in real estate includes a tenure as President of Friedland Realty from 1970 to 2014. Bob earned a BA in Physics from Bard College.
