Arash Khalatbari

ARASH KHALATBARI currently holds the position of Directeur APES Ocean indien at APES ocean indien since September 2021. Prior to this, ARASH served as Directeur du service action sociale at SHLMR starting from November 2019. Arash has a diverse educational background with a Thèse de doctorat in Aménagement et Urbanisme from Université de La Réunion, an Architecte DPLG in Architecture Urbanisme from École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Paris-La Villette, a Master 2 (M2) in Géopolitique from CEDS, and another Master 2 (M2) in Philosophie from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
