Steve Wallace

Steve Wallace is a seasoned Systems Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering sector. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer and Program Lead for Transport and Infrastructure at Shoal Group Pty Ltd since March 2022, Steve has previously held positions at L3Harris Technologies as a Systems Engineer and at Beca as an Associate in Systems Engineering. Steve's work at Beca involved implementing complex engineering systems in interdisciplinary settings, developing concepts, managing project requirements, and ensuring system compliance across sectors such as transport, aerospace, and defence. Prior roles include Senior Engineer at Frazer-Nash Consultancy and Controls Engineer at Rolls-Royce, where a facility was designed to test integrated electrical controls systems. Steve holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol, completed in 2010.
