Arthi Aiyappan

Arthi Aiyappan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and systems management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of CRM Systems and Business Relationship Manager at Shockwave Medical since August 2021. Prior to this role, Arthi held multiple positions at Anritsu from December 2010 to July 2021, including Senior Business Analyst and Functional Architect, enhancing quality outcomes through collaboration between IT and Supply Chain. Previous experience includes senior business analyst roles at BEA Systems, Sumerusoft Inc, Agilent Technologies, and Altera Corporation, where Arthi led initiatives in sales order systems, consultant management, CRM tool development, and data warehousing. Arthi holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
