Joy Schaber's work experience begins in 1999 as a Technical Writer at TrueTime. From there, they transitioned to roles at Symmetricom, starting as a Senior Manager/Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Technical Support and Business Services. At Symmetricom, they managed budgets and sales goals, ensured compliance with various requirements, and oversaw multiple departments.

In 2012, they joined TriVascular2 Inc as a Senior Manager, where they developed US Customer Service processes and expanded their responsibilities to include worldwide customer service and sales.

In 2016, Joy joined Endologix, Inc as the Director of Global Customer Service, providing administrative support, managing shipping and invoicing, and serving as a Salesforce administrator. Joy'srole also encompassed cross-functional team leadership for new product introductions.

In 2020, Joy established their own consulting company, Joy Schaber Consulting, where they specialize in optimizing CRM functionality and improving sales and customer support team efficiency for small and mid-sized businesses.

Currently, Joy is also working as the Director of Customer Service at Shockwave Medical, Inc. and leading the customer service team to support the company's growth and expanding product portfolio. Joy was initially hired as a consultant to enhance customer service processes and improve the CRM-ERP connection.

Joy Schaber earned an AB in Integrative Biology with a minor in Literature in English from the University of California, Berkeley. Joy then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Ecology from the University of California, Davis.
