Rhandy Adolphe has diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rhandy began their career as a Ballroom Dance Instructor at Dance District Social Dance Studio, where they taught Latin and Ballroom dance steps to classes and private lessons. Rhandy then transitioned to the finance sector, working at TD as a Fraud Detection Analyst and Loss Prevention Specialist. In these roles, they monitored account information and transactions to identify fraud cases and ensured adherence to security policies. Rhandy also responded to customer inquiries and assisted with fraud concerns.
Continuing their career in digital marketing, Rhandy held positions at Voovo and Secret Weapon Media as a Digital Strategist. Rhandy developed social media strategies, scheduled content releases, and implemented SEO strategies to enhance online brand awareness. At DAY Communications, they served as the Manager of Digital and Social Strategy, overseeing digital and social media initiatives.
Rhandy also gained experience as a Community Manager at Herscu & Goldsilver, a Producer/Host at Lupinore, and a Professional Photographer at SambaRanthony. Currently, they are working at Shoelace as both a Growth Marketing Manager and an Account Strategist.
Rhandy Adolphe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from York University between 2005 and 2010. In 2012, they completed a Postgraduate Certificate of Broadcast Journalism at Seneca College. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Digital Media at Ryerson University from 2013 to 2014.
