David Duong is a seasoned professional in ecommerce operations with over 12 years of experience in building and scaling businesses. As the Managing Partner of Duong LLC since April 2019 and Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ShoeMetro since February 2004, David has demonstrated expertise in team building, web development, marketing, customer acquisition, and customer service management. David's background includes managing distribution centers and implementing customer-centric policies, along with a strong foundation in merchandising and inventory procurement. Earlier, David owned Wireless Nation, a cell phone retailer. David holds a degree in Management Information Systems from California State University, Long Beach, where studies were completed from 1999 to 2002.
