Jason Austin started their work experience in 2005 as a Yeoman in the US Navy, where they worked until 2008. In 2011, they joined Spherion as a Customer Service Representative. In 2012, they started working at Shoes For Crews as a Customer Service Representative, and later became a Customer Service Supervisor in 2018. Jason then transitioned to an IT Help Desk Analyst role in 2019. In 2014, they joined Expedited Travel LLC as a Case Manager, where they worked until 2018.
From 2009 to 2011, Jason Austin attended Universal Technical Institute, Inc. and obtained a Diploma in Business/Office Automation/Technology/Data Entry.
