Mora Carew

Mora Carew is a finance and operations professional currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Finance Operations and Data Analytics at Shondaland since January 2021, where responsibilities include managing daily financial operations and liaising with external financial partners. Prior to this role, Mora was selected as a Shadowing Director at the Alliance of Women Directors in 2020 and gained extensive training in directing and writing as an apprentice to renowned filmmaker Peter Bogdanovich from 2018 to 2019. Previous experience includes accounting and operations management roles at Manhattan Elite Prep and Catalyst Prep LLC, as well as processing residuals for the Directors Guild of America. Mora began a career in various internships, including work in information technology and retirement plan administration. Mora holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
