Jonathan Bercea

Jonathan Bercea has extensive experience in customer support and service roles, currently serving as a Senior Product Support Specialist at ShootProof since September 2016. Prior to this, Jonathan held the position of Front Desk Supervisor at Holiday Inn Express from June 2011 to August 2016, where significant contributions included achieving a 19% increase in the hotel's Gracious Call score and serving as an IHG Rewards Club Champion. Additionally, Jonathan worked as a Customer Service Clerk at Raleys from April 2007 to April 2012, playing a key role in the launch of the online shopping platform and building strong customer relationships. Jonathan is an alumnus of Bryan College-Gold River.
