Jay Huh has a diverse work experience across various industries. Jay started their career as a Sales Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch in 2008 and worked there until 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Service Manager at AutoMan Car Care. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Pastoral Intern at Fellowship Raleigh. Jay then joined TBC Corporation as a Service Manager from 2012 to 2013, where they managed a store and was responsible for technician supervision, scheduling, and customer service. Jay worked as a Sales Consultant at Johnson Lexus from 2013 to 2013, where they assisted customers in purchasing vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction. Jay then transitioned to CarMax as a Service Advisor from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, Jay became a Business Owner at Carmedix Auto Repair. Currently, they hold the position of Business Coach at Shop Fix Academy since 2023.

Jay Huh completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Textile Supply Chain Management from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Jay then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Divinity/Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Jay Huh obtained a certification as an NC State Inspector from the DMV in January 2013.
