Aimee Babcock has over 30 years of experience in the creative design and marketing field. Aimee worked as a Graphic Designer at Baxter Healthcare from 1990 to 1992 before moving on to become a Senior Art Director at Huntington Advertising from 1992 to 1996. Aimee then started their own graphic design firm called Red Bridge Graphic Design, where they served as the Owner and Senior Designer from 1996 to 2006. During this time, they worked with various clients in industries such as homebuilding, technology, sporting goods, and healthcare.

From 2006 to 2010, Aimee worked as a Marketing Manager and Senior Designer at Gladstone Homes. Aimee then joined Tower Custom Homes as a Design Selections Coordinator, responsible for selecting interior and exterior design finishes for high-end homes.

Aimee's career took a corporate turn when they joined Sears Holdings Corporation in 2010. Aimee first served as an Art Director in In-Store Marketing for Kmart, where they led the design of seasonal, promotional, and departmental signage campaigns. Aimee was then promoted to Creative Director for In-Store Marketing at Kmart and later became the Creative Director for Strategic Initiatives and Innovations at Sears Holdings Corporation. In these roles, Aimee led creative teams and was responsible for concept development, design, and print production of various initiatives.

In 2016, Aimee joined IMX, an in-house agency at Sears and Kmart, as the Creative Director for Integrated Member Experience. Aimee provided hands-on creative direction and concept development for seasonal, promotional, and strategic campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Aimee's most recent role is at ShopCore Properties, where they are currently the Director of Brand & Creative. Overall, they have managed and executed 360° marketing campaigns, curated creative teams, and provided customer-centric creative solutions for clients in diverse industries such as retail, healthcare, real estate, and events management.

Aimee Babcock started their education journey in 1982 at Lake Park High School. Aimee attended this institution until 1986, but it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study during this time. In 1986, Aimee Babcock enrolled at Eastern Illinois University, where they studied Graphic Design with a focus on Advertising/Marketing.
