Johanna Paula Alfonso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, customer protection, and training within the e-commerce and digital transaction sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst for Shopee since July 2021, Johanna is responsible for conducting training sessions and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) focused on fraud support. Prior to Shopee, Johanna worked at Remitly as a Customer Protection Associate, overseeing fraud screening and compliance workflows. Johanna's earlier roles include supervising the Account Security Group at Transfast, where investigative skills were applied to resolve fraudulent transactions, and designing training programs for customer service teams.
