Riky Lutfi Hamzah

Riky Lutfi Hamzah is an experienced engineering manager specializing in reliability and security at HappyFresh since August 2018, overseeing roles including site reliability engineering and leading the implementation of Service Level Objectives (SLO). Prior to this role, Riky served as a senior software engineer, contributing to the development of fulfillment backend services and product discovery services. Riky began a career at Suitmedia as a senior software engineer, leading product development teams and enhancing software reliability through in-depth code reviews. Earlier experiences include software engineering roles at Socka Farge Indonesia, developing inventory modules and invoice management systems, as well as working on machine learning and web application projects from 2012 to 2014. Riky holds a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Universitas Komputer Indonesia, completed in 2015.
