Batel Hadadi has been working in talent acquisition since 2018. Batel began their career as a Software Recruiter & Account Manager at see.V. In 2020, they moved to GoodFit where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist & Executive Headhunter. In 2021, they joined Placer.ai as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (via GoodFit) and Shopic as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist. At Shopic, they specialize in retail solutions and shopping experiences, turning any shopping cart into a smart cart. At GoodFit, they used unique techniques specializing in the social-media world to recruit top talents.

Batel Hadadi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science & Human Resources from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2015 and 2018.
