Alice Shaughnessy

Alice Shaughnessy has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as Team Lead for Partner Support at Shopify since June 2016. In this role, Alice oversees the customer support team for the Shop App and has previously held positions such as Support Lead for Marketplaces and Team Lead for Real-Time Optimization. Since April 2018, Alice has successfully managed a fully remote team. Additionally, Alice holds the position of Assistant Manager at Candyland Galway since May 2011, where responsibilities include buying, stock-taking, web design, scheduling, and cash handling, while also adapting to changes brought about by COVID-19. Alice graduated from the University of Galway with a degree in Theatre & Performance in 2014 and completed a Leaving Certificate at Kings Hospital, Palmerstown in 2008.
