Beatrice Ellefsen

Beatrice Ellefsen currently serves as the Merchant Success Team Lead at Shopify, having joined the company in February 2023. Previously, Beatrice held the position of VP of Customer at Ortto, where responsibilities included growing the global Success team and enhancing customer onboarding and platform enablement. Beatrice spent nearly six years at dotdigital, initially as a Customer Success Manager and later as Head of Customer Success for the APAC region, providing strategic advice to clients and promoting industry best practices.
