Ben Cronsberry

Ben Cronsberry currently serves as the GTM Operations Lead at Shopify, a global commerce leader, since December 2024. Prior to this role, Cronsberry was the Head of Sales at Two Boxes, focusing on returns processing solutions from June 2023 to December 2024. Cronsberry has extensive experience at Shopify, serving in various capacities such as Sales Lead and Senior Transportation Partnerships Manager within the Shopify Fulfillment Network from January 2020 to June 2023. Earlier career highlights include working as a Global Account Executive at Nulogy, an Account Executive at Microdea Inc., and various software sales positions under Constellation Software Inc., among others. Cronsberry holds an Honours Bachelor of Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, obtained in 2010.
