Cauê Guerra

Cauê Guerra is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Shopify since January 2018, Cauê leads the Succeed group focusing on user activation, retention, and global plans and pricing strategies, managing a team of approximately 70 engineers and leads. Previously, Cauê held roles at DigitalOcean, VarageSale, 500px, Uken Games, AT&T, ThoughtWorks, and others, progressing from senior development positions to leadership roles, overseeing teams and projects that advanced fulfillment, order management, and new product development. Cauê's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidade de São Paulo, earned from 2005 to 2009.
