Vivian Lo

Vivian Lo is a UX Manager at Shopify, a role held since April 2022, following a tenure as Head of UX at N26 from October 2018 to March 2022, overseeing product designers and user researchers for Engagement and US Market product groups across the EU and US. Prior experience includes various positions at IDEO, including Senior Product Design Lead and Senior Interaction Designer, as well as an internship in User Experience Design at Google. Earlier roles include internships at iconmobile group and One Earth Designs, and a position as a Quantitative Analyst at Permal Asset Management. Vivian's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Interaction Design from Umeå Institute of Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering from Northwestern University.
