Cindy Moen

Cindy Moen is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in the retail optical industry, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Shopko Optical since July 2019, overseeing Human Resources, Professional Services, and Field Operations. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Shopko, where the focus was on building a skilled team to drive business growth. During a tenure at Shopko from 2011 to 2019, Cindy progressed from Director of Human Resources to Manager of Human Resources, leading diverse teams and implementing innovative talent management and rewards programs for a large workforce. Earlier experience includes roles in training and development at Texas Dreams Gymnastics and instructional design. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Design & Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
