Krystal Brau

Krystal Brau is an experienced optical management professional with a strong background in team leadership and operational management. Currently serving as the Multi Center General Manager at Shopko Optical since June 2013, Krystal oversees daily operations at two eyecare locations in St. Cloud, MN, and has successfully led teams to exceed sales and business goals. Previous roles include General Manager, where responsibilities included the selection and credentialing of optometrists, and Optical Manager positions, during which Krystal demonstrated exceptional performance by opening a new eyecare center and managing multiple locations. Prior experience at Shopko Stores Inc. includes various leadership roles, where Krystal focused on employee development and operational efficiency. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from St. Cloud State University.
