Elisa Lu

Elisa Lu currently serves as a Senior Merchant Success Associate at SHOPLINE since November 2020, having previously held the role of Merchant Success Associate. Prior to this, Elisa worked at KHS Synchemic Corp. from January 2019 to October 2020 as a Quality Affairs Specialist, where responsibilities included providing customer service and customized solutions for product complaints and regulatory consultations, managing over 100 special import approval applications, and coordinating with various teams to enhance service delivery. Elisa's career began as a Platform Operation Assistant at Kono from July 2016 to January 2017, focusing on platform improvements and content editing for magazine publications. Elisa holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from National Chengchi University.
