Aydin Hassan

Aydin Hassan has a diverse work experience in software engineering, primarily focused on Magento development. Aydin worked at JH from 2013 to 2017, progressing from a junior to a senior developer. During this time, they were involved in various projects, from planning to development, testing to maintenance. Aydin implemented processes such as unit testing, code quality, code reviews, and continuous integration. Aydin also automated tasks by creating and maintaining tools and applications. Before JH, Aydin worked as a Developer at Insurance Initiatives Limited for a brief period in 2013. Aydin also gained experience as a Junior Software Developer at Worldwide Clinical Trials, Inc. during their university placement year from 2011 to 2012. Recently, Aydin joined Aurora Commerce as a Senior PHP Developer in 2021 and is currently employed as a Principal Software Engineer at Shopware starting in 2022.

Aydin Hassan earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Forensic Computing with First Class honors from De Montfort University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a BTEC National Diploma in Information Technology at Burton College, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
