Daniel Salcedo has a long and successful career in the media and entertainment industry. In 2005, they began their career as a Producer for Latinvox, managing TV shoots, post-production sessions and audio sessions for clients such as Verizon Wireless, Macy's and Pernod Ricard. In 2007, they worked as an Associate Producer on the award-winning documentary Sins of My Father/Pecados de mi padre, and also joined Red Creek Productions as an Executive Producer/New Business, collaborating with different advertising agencies in New York. That same year, they co-founded Muuseme, the first and only music integration platform devoted to bringing the sound of Latin America and Spain to the film, television and advertising industries in the US and LatAm. In 2009, they co-founded Trenderscope, a music discovery application that measures social and digital media data of music artists with Daniel'spanic heritage, which was acquired in 2016. In 2017, Daniel joined Catovia as a Managing Partner and Executive Producer, producing AR and VR content for important clients such as the New York Times, Bud light, Sony Music, Liberty Fairs, and Endless Collective. Daniel also lent their creative talent to Remezcla as an Executive Producer-Production Consultant. In 2018, they co-founded eSTYLAR and in 2021, they started as the Founder & CEO of Bolder, an influencer tech platform built for sustainable brands.
Daniel Salcedo obtained their Master Degree in Media Studies with a Certificate in Media Management from The New School between 2003 and 2005. Daniel also attended San Ignacio de Loyola between 1983 and 1996. In addition, Daniel has obtained several certifications, including a Prof G Certified Strategist from Section4 in July 2020, a Startup School from Y Combinator in January 2020, and an EOA Accelerator Program from the Entrepreneurs' Organization in June 2018.
