Blake Hales

Blake is a Partnership Development Manager at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Blake is responsible for driving acquisition growth through various business development efforts. Prior to joining Shore, Blake served as EVP of Business Development at First Look Appraisals, a nationwide industry leading appraisal management company. In his role, Blake led both the Sales and Client Experience teams, focused on growth as well as client retention. Prior to that, Blake worked as a Regional Director and National Sales Director for Advita, a nationwide medical record retrieval company.
