Max is the Chief of Staff at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have $1-10 million of EBITDA. Max supports Shore's Chief Operating Officer in strategy and execution of operational and growth initiatives.

Prior to his current role, Max worked as an Associate and Analyst at Shore for 4 years. His experience included conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities and implementing value creation initiatives within portfolio investments.
