Richard Boos

Richard is a Partner at Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. Richard is the Chairman of Main Street Gourmet, Old World Spices & Seasonings, and Innovative Packaging Company, and is responsible for leading the Shore Food and Beverage Fund including the sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities and operating executives.

Prior to joining Shore, Richard worked as a Partner in Principal Investing at Arbor Investments, a premier middle market Private Equity firm based in Chicago. Previously, Richard was a Director in the Corporate Development group at Sara Lee Corporation, leading M&A efforts across several business groups for the $20B consumer goods company. Richard also spent 13 years in Engineering & Research and Development at Sara Lee Bakery, Kraft Foods, and General Foods.

Richard received his M.B.A. from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University and a B.S. from Michigan State University.
