Lisanne Echeverri Salguero has a wealth of work experience, beginning with an apprenticeship in 2007 at the Grandhotel Hessischer Hof - Hotel Frankfurt as a "Specialist in the Hotel Industry". Lisanne then worked at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami as a Management Trainee Hotel Beaux Arts in 2012, followed by a Team Supervisor role at The Store X Barber & Parlour at Soho House & Co in 2014. In 2016, they took on the roles of Guest Service Team Lead and Guest Relations Manager at Suite.030 GmbH, and then moved to Treatwell in 2018 as a CX Team Manager DACH. Most recently, Lisanne has been working at Shore GmbH since 2020, where they are currently the Head of Customer Relations and Team Lead Customer Relations Berlin.
Lisanne Echeverri Salguero completed an Associate of Business Administration in Food and Beverage Operations at Les Roches Crans-Montana Global Hospitality in 2009. Lisanne then went on to complete a Hotel Management Diploma at the same institution. In 2010, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hotel Management with a focus in Marketing. Finally, in 2011, they earned a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Management with a focus in Marketing.
