Kelsey Michaelson

Kelsey Michaelson, SPHR, serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Shorenstein Realty Services since July 2016, following progressive roles in HR at Social Intelligence Corp from October 2012 to July 2016. Kelsey successfully implemented HRIS platforms, managed compliance across multiple states, and oversaw recruitment strategies that enhanced employee retention during significant growth phases. Previous experience includes HR management, quality assurance in administrative roles at Katz & Associates, Inc., and research assistance at UCSB's Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and has enrichened academic experience studying at Universidad de Granada.
