John Horning

John Horning serves as the Executive Vice President of Shorewest Realtors, overseeing a family of companies that includes Wisconsin Mortgage Corporation, Heritage Title Services, Shorewest Insurance Associates, and Shorewest Real Estate Institute, a role held since January 1993. Previously, John Horning was the Large Firms & Industry Relations Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS® and served as Treasurer and Board Member for the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) from 2014 to June 2019. Additionally, John Horning was Chairman of the Wisconsin Realtors Association, representing 14,000 members and a staff of 30. Early in their career, John Horning worked as a Controller for JLS Investments, managing various accounting functions for the company. John Horning holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and is a graduate of Marquette University High School.
