The Role We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation efforts and make a big impact. In this key role, you’ll drive awareness of Shortcut, engage prospective users, and guide them toward discovering value through our product-led growth motion. As a core member of our marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product and Customers teams to connect B2B audiences with our brand and story. You’re someone who loves exploring new opportunities, experimenting with campaigns, and fine-tuning for results. Your focus will span demand generation, paid media, social campaigns, and content creation. Shortcut has ambitious goals, and you’ll play a vital part in bringing them to life.

What you'll do

  • Launch multi-channel demand generation campaigns that deliver the right messages to the right users to increase conversion and drive product adoption.
  • Develop and oversee campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, identify sponsorship opportunities, and continuously refine strategies to deliver strong ROI.
  • Create, schedule, and optimize content for social platforms to build engagement, grow our audience, and amplify our brand.
  • Analyze campaign performance and establish a reporting cadence that keeps key stakeholders in the know.

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years of experience driving demand generation in a B2B SaaS startup.
  • You understand the B2B buying process and PLG motions, have a growth mindset and relentless attention to detail.
  • You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrive on getting things done.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • You've had experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
