🎮 Nathan Hoad

Nathan Hoad has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. 🎮 Nathan began their career in 2008 as a Software Developer at APN, where they worked until October 2008. After that, they joined Blue Dog Frontiers as a Systems Analyst from May 2009 to May 2011. 🎮 Nathan then worked as a Lead Software Engineer at NGU Group from January 2013 to July 2017.

In 2017, Nathan joined ABC News Story Lab as an Interactive Digital Storyteller, where they remained until November 2019. 🎮 Nathan then moved to Shorthand and held the position of Senior Storytelling Engineer from November 2019 to July 2022. Currently, Nathan is the Director of Story Engineering at Shorthand, starting their role in July 2022.

Nathan Hoad pursued their higher education from 2004 to 2007 at The University of Queensland. During this period, they completed a Bachelor's degree in IT (Interaction Design) and also in Multimedia Design. The courses covered a range of subjects including Interaction Design, Programming, and Multimedia Design.
