Alaine Martin is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and engagement with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Currently serving as a Specialist in Talent Acquisition and Engagement at Shory since July 2022, Alaine previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at Lamudi Philippines from March 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, Alaine worked at Robert Walters from July 2016 to October 2020, specializing as a Recruitment Consultant in the Information Technology Division and serving as an International Candidate Manager, focusing on helping overseas Filipinos secure employment in the Philippines. Alaine began a career in recruitment as an IT Researcher at Quest Executive Search before its integration into Robert Walters PH, where strong relationship-building skills were developed to address client recruitment needs. Alaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Purple Cow Public Relations Agency and Centro Escolar University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
