David Dunn

David Dunn has over two decades of work experience. From 2011 to present, they have been the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Shot Tower Capital. From 2006 to 2011, they were the Managing Director and Member of the Management Committee at Signal Hill Capital Group LLC. From 1997 to 2006, they were a Managing Director, Director, VP, and Associate at Alex. Brown/Deutsche Bank. From 1995 to 1997, they were an Associate in Mergers and Acquisitions at Hogan Lovells.

David Dunn received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Studio Art from Bucknell University in 1991. David then attended American University Washington College of Law and obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 1995. In December 1995, they were admitted to the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA). David also holds certifications as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and Series 7, 24, 62, 63, 79 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
