Benjamin Eppes

Benjamin Eppes has worked for a variety of companies since 2006. In 2006, they worked as a Voice Consultant for Mood Media, where they served as a liaison between clients and Muzak copywriters and voice talent, edited copy, and consulted clients on tone for scripts and music. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Blackbox Studios as a Photo Assistant/Digital Tech and also did freelance work as a Photo/Lighting Assistant and Digital Tech. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at RR Donnelley as a Creative Technology & Photography Manager and Photography Operations Supervisor, where they conceptualized, tested, installed, and maintained a brand new nightly workflow and planned the buildout for new photo studios. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at CreativeDrive as a Director of Systems Implementation, and from 2022 to present they have worked at Accenture Song as a Director of Systems Implementation and at ShotFlow as VP of Client Success, where they oversee the client success journey, leads Professional Services, Training, and Support teams, and defines systems, processes, and techniques to deliver success to clients.
