Robert has held various leadership roles in companies such as Structure Therapeutics, Global Blood Therapeutics, Avalara, MyoKardia, Sanofi, Lincoln Financial Group, ACE Group, Hay Group, Cigna, and CIGNA International. Throughout their career, Gatmaitan has been responsible for overseeing total rewards programs, HR operations, merger and acquisition activities, and compensation strategies.
