Daniel Rockefeller

Daniel Rockefeller has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Lifeguard position at the YMCA in 2010. Daniel then worked as a Sales Associate at West Marine from 2011-2014, followed by a role as an IT Assistant at the USDA in 2013. From 2014-2016, they worked as a Software Developer at C&S Companies and Alpine Software, where they designed and developed the functionality to create and edit work orders optimized for mobile browsers, extended the image storage and display functionality of the QWare CMMS desktop web application, supported the RedNMX Fire Station Management Software including feature additions, customization, and bug fixes, and automated the configuration and setup of user facing kiosk hardware sold as part of the RedNMX package. Daniel then worked as a Software Engineer I at EagleView from 2018-2020, where they designed and developed APIs using Golang and Python providing access to PostgreSQL and DybanoDB databases storing property and spatial data, and created front-end Angular applications used to administrate, monitor and configure APIs. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer at Highlight.

Daniel Rockefeller attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Software Engineering.
