Mikael Norberg currently serves as the Head of Ad Operations for ShowHeroes, a position held since November 2011, where responsibilities include team leadership, quality management, yield analytics, campaign management, and hardware procurement. Mikael has played a pivotal role in the establishment of ad operation departments across Norway, Denmark, and Finland, following the acquisition of PlayAd by ShowHeroes in late 2021. Additionally, Mikael is a member of the IAB Task Force - Golden Standard. Prior to this, Mikael worked at IDG Sweden from June 2006 to November 2011, focusing on campaign management, email marketing, and sales support. Educational qualifications include training as a Vildmarksäventyrsledare from Friluftsakademin and a degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Entreprenörskolan Leksand.
