Zoe Taylor

Zoe Taylor is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and retention. Currently serving as Marketing Manager - CRM & Retention at ShowMax since August 2015 and as Senior Manager Customer Value Management at MultiChoice Connected Video since June 2018, Zoe has also held the position of Marketing Manager - CRM & Retention at DStv Digital Media since October 2012. Prior to these roles, Zoe worked as Marketing Manager at NetFlorist from July 2011 to September 2012, and began a career there as a Marketing Coordinator from May 2009 to June 2010. Earlier experience includes positions as Account Manager and Account Executive at Proximity#ttp from March 2006 to February 2009. Zoe holds a Bachelor of Communications in Advertising & Marketing from Bond University, completed between 2002 and 2004.
