Jen Glawe

Jen Glawe is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Showpad since November 2023, Glawe has previously held significant positions at project44, Jump Trading LLC, IBM, Cleversafe, Crowe Horwath LLP, ArcelorMittal, DePaul University, Motorola Mobility, and NorthShore University HealthSystem. Notable accomplishments include establishing job leveling and salary grading at project44, partnering with leadership teams on organizational redesign at Jump Trading LLC, and managing comprehensive onboarding processes at IBM and Cleversafe.
