Elizabeth Hanly

Elizabeth Hanly is the Founder and Managing Partner at Knol Hanly P.C. Elizabeth has a strong background in complex commercial litigation, white collar enforcement, and arbitration matters. Prior to starting their own firm, Elizabeth held positions as VP of Business Affairs at Showtime Networks Inc. and as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Elizabeth has also worked as a Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and as a Criminal Defense Investigator at the Committee for Public Counsel Services. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from Yale University.
