Allison Hudson

Allison Hudson is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal and public sectors. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at SHP since February 2022, Allison previously held the position of Public Law Attorney at Bricker & Eckler LLP from April 2020 to November 2021. Prior to that, Allison worked for the City of Covington, Kentucky, in multiple capacities, including Procurement Officer, Interim Operations Director, Compliance Officer, and Payroll Specialist from October 2011 to April 2020. Allison began their career as a Legal Administrator/Bookkeeper at the Law Offices of Bonar, Bucher & Rankin, PSC from June 2008 to October 2011. Academically, Allison holds a Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law, earned between 2011 and 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky, completed in 2008.
