Eimear Kelly

Eimear Kelly has held various customer service, business support and teaching roles since 2007. Eimear was a Settlement and Customer Relations Manager / Sales and Development Coordinator at Caydon Property from 2012 to 2018, a Corporate Relations Manager at Customer Relationship Consultancy from 2018 to 2019, and a Customer Success Manager at both Shping for Brands and Origins Trace from 2019 to present. At Shping for Brands, they identified a disconnect between brands and their customers when shopping in major brick and mortar retailers. At Origins Trace, they helped businesses protect their brand and supply chain. At Customer Relationship Consultancy, they consulted to improve customer retention statistics and developed a customer experience proposal.

Eimear Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Carlow College, St Patricks.
