Joanne Ng

Joanne Ng has worked in various industries since 1994. Joanne began their career as a Clerk, Recruiter cum Account Admin at Weng Soon in Shah Alam, Selangor, Darul Ehsan. From 1994-1995, they handled the revenue of electrical items and prepared daily receiving records and forms. Joanne then moved on to become a Front Office Officer at the Holiday Inn in Shah Alam from 1996-1997. Here, they assisted customers of travel agent groups with planning and booking reservations, as well as arranged group dining and hotel facilities. From 1997-1999, they worked as an F&B Captain and F&B Purchasing at the Concorde Hotel in Shah Alam. Joanne then moved on to become a Night Auditor cum Front Office Supervisor at the Hotel Goldcourse in Klang from 2002-2004. From 2005-2007, they worked as a Customer Service Executive at Axe Freight Services (M) Sdn Bhd and Axe - Log Malaysia Sdn Bhd. From 2007-2019, they worked as a Sales Support Executive at Sonofax Sdn Bhd. From 2019-2022, they worked as a Senior Sales & Operation Support Executive at INHESION SALES & MARKETING SDN. BHD. Joanne is currently working as an Associate Director at SHR Consulting Group since 2022.

Joanne Ng studied Computer Engineering, Computer Network Technology and Computer System Support from 2001 to 2005.
