Talal Saad

Talal Saad began their career in 2012 as an Intern at the World Bank Family Network, followed by a Management Intern role at Child Rights Network Pakistan. In 2017, they became a Management Intern at TLC for Kids, Inc. In 2018, they joined Clary Business Machines, where they held the roles of Senior Business Development Manager, Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, E-commerce Team Lead, and E-commerce Executive. During their time at Clary Business Machines, Talal increased projects such as managing the marketing team of CBM UAE, coordinated market penetration efforts of OneScreen's Division in Africa, Levant region, and South East Asia, coordinated and revamped all US E commerce stores, identified the expectations of and from the Marketing team, set milestones and improved the internal marketing processes, revamped the reporting structure, developed Amazon FBA team from scratch, researched market to identify key areas for Business expansion, built and implemented strategies, developed SOPs, set goals and plans for the team, developed scalability plans, developed training manuals and resource plans, identified strategic vendors, managed sign up process, established and maintained good relations with vendors, verified received orders, processed orders, handled correspondence with vendor, managed supply chain of the product from vendor to customer, managed customer relations, and managed returns.

Talal Saad completed a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed GCE Advanced Level in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics from International Grammar School and College between 2012 and 2014.
