Roy Palmer currently serves as the CEO and Chair of the Seafood Consumers Association and is involved with the FAO in a Technical Working Group focused on social responsibility in aquaculture production. Additional roles include Co-Chair at AquaFarm 2024, Advisory Board member for Shrimpl and SOL Connect n Consult, and various advisory positions with Blue Ocean Future and CIDEEA. Roy Palmer is also an Honorary Partner and Board member at CIDEEA and contributes as a Special Consultant on Seafood Affairs for the World Gastronomy Institute. As an Honorary Professor at Universidad Tecnologica del Mar Tamaulipas Bicentenario, Roy Palmer has engaged educational initiatives since 2017. Currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Management and an MBA in Marketing Management at the Australian Institute of Business, Roy Palmer's foundational education includes training at Slough Technical Training College and Southall Grammar School.
