Barnabás Bedőcs has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Barnabás started their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern at Linamar Corporation, where they designed a length measuring device for a manifold. Barnabás then worked as an FEA Engineer Intern at IPOS-Standard Kft., where they conducted structural analysis on an ultralight sailplane.
After that, Barnabás worked as a Project Management Trainee at Bosch, focusing on benchmarking activities within the Electric Drive business unit. Barnabás then co-founded X-Flow Systems, a company that provided solutions for automated draft beer pouring processes. In this role, they were responsible for market research, business planning, CAD design, and fundraising.
Next, Barnabás worked as a Freelance Engineer before joining Growberry - Predictable Farming Solutions as a Lead Mechanical Engineer. In this role, they developed a hydroponic indoor farming system and later led the development, production, and support processes of the Phytotrons. Barnabás also played a key role in creating a new service package for greenhouse farmers.
Afterwards, they worked as a Product Owner at evosoft and a Customer Success Manager at Shapr3D. Currently, Barnabás is employed as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Shrooly.
Barnabás Bedőcs holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Barnabás then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering Modelling from the same university from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, in 2015, they participated in Erasmus+ studies at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, focusing on Mechanical Engineering for one semester.
