Shweta Sharma

Shweta Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple years. Shweta is currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Shubham Housing Development Finance Company since August 2022. Prior to this role, they founded KoSolve PVT LTD in 2016, which is a Gamified Collaboration Software for organizations. Shweta also founded Collaborative Climate in 2013, where they focused on creating united and well-bonded inter and intra-departmental interpersonal relationships.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Shweta worked as an L&D Specialist at Hero Mindmine from October 2012 to June 2013, and at Randstad India Limited from September 2011 to August 2012. Shweta also worked as an HRBP, L&D, Talent at Royal Bank of Scotland Business Services from May 2006 to May 2011. Prior to that, they served as an HRBP, L&D, Talent at Sparsh India in 2005. Shweta started their career at Convergys India Services in 2003, focusing on coaching and training.

Shweta Sharma completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Delhi University and the University of Delhi in 2003. Shweta also obtained a Higher Secondary degree in Commerce from St Columbo. In terms of certifications, they completed courses in Organisational Analysis from Stanford University, Social Psychology from Coursera, and Gamification from the University of Pennsyvania. Shweta also received certifications in Train the Teacher from the British Council, Train the Trainer from Dale Carnegie, and a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma from the Royal Bank of Scotland. Shweta also pursued studies in Gamification at The Wharton School and Social Psychology at Wesleyan University.
